I have experienced most of these situations in just the last couple of weeks at the bike shop.
Best most recent story. I had a customer get all irritated with me the other day because I answered the phone.
Obviously it is ok to talk on the cell phone (as a customer) while checking out.....but if you (the employee) does their job and answers the phone.......oh hell.....the world is about to end.
