The rider on the first sign needs to adjust his seat height.
...upon further inspection, the rider on the first sign doesn't even have a seat or a bicycle. I think it's actually a pictogram encouraging cyclists to share the road with people chasing stray hula-hoops.
Man, I'm not sharing the road with those freaky hula-hoop-chasers. Those people are just weird. And I pay taxes for these roads...
